Year One Holiday 2012

The First Year we started Read to B we collected enough books and costumes to make over 50 packages for area kids to enjoy at the Holiday time.

Year Three - Holiday 2014

In our third year our goal was to accomplish 150 packets. We accomplished this and we are so excited! thank you for you help in hitting this goal!

Year Five - Holiday 2016

Yeah! Year Five and over 100 packets were assembled again! Thank you to everyone who helped with this! We also had our first collection live event at our local library. We put on mini plays for children in our community and in turn they helped us by donating books and costumes.

Year Seven - Holiday 2018

This year we packaged together some great toys and books for theme gifts. We donated them to a local women's shelter in Chester County.

Year Two Holiday 2013

After our first year, we decided we wanted to double our goal so the next Holiday season we collected enough for 108 Read to B packages!

Year Four - Holiday 2015

We were really excited with another goal accomplished at over 100 packets! in year 5 we want to achieve over 100 packets again. If in any way you can help by donating that would be greatly appreciated

Year Six - Holiday 2017

In our Sixth year we collected lots of packets and hopefully inspired tons of kids. Thank you for everyone that helped to show the great way just a simple book and imagine can be fun!

Year Eight- Holiday 2019

This year our donations will go to children in a Chester County Homeless Shelter. Over 60 packets were made and brought to the shelter.

Year Nine - Holiday 2020

Things are different this year in so many ways. We are grateful that of each of us as siblings were able to earn money now that we are able to have jobs. We have saved our money and set it aside to buy new books, toys, and clothes knowing this year with COVID that giving used gifts will not be ideal. In addition, we usually have costumes as part of this but in reading what people really needed this year we substituted themed clothing as it related to the book instead of a costume. We realize that this has been so hard for so many this year and that for kids they just need basic things like clothing even before play items. We were able to provide over $1000 in new toys, clothes and themed toys. More than ever we want kids to know the power of their imagination, creativity and hope can overcome anything.

Year Eleven- Holiday 2023

Another holiday and another new state. This time to Florida. We also donated back to our original location in Pennsylvania as we are still learning our new area here in Florida.

Year Ten- Holiday 2022

Due to an unexpected move from our hometown in Pennsylvania to Texas, we were not able to do a 2021 Project, but we were back up and running for the Holiday season 2022. As with 2021, we once again worked jobs to earn money to purchase new clothing, toys, and books. We donated them to a nearby shelter in our new hometown in Texas!
